Megan Fox has found herself at the center of two big conversations this week. The Transformers star announced on Friday, October 9, 2026, that she is launching an exclusive paid-content page on Subs.com, a platform co-founded by former OnlyFans executive Tim Stokely. Within hours, her site reportedly crashed multiple times as fans rushed to subscribe.
At the same time, old and new photos of the actress began circulating widely on social media. Fans shared side-by-side comparisons of her look from her Transformers era in 2007 and her current appearance in 2026, sparking a heated debate about cosmetic surgery and aging in Hollywood.
What Megan Fox Announced
The 40-year-old actress launched her page on Subs.com on Friday, October 9, 2026. The site, accessible through meganfox.world, promises “videos, photos and posts you won’t find anywhere else,” along with direct messaging access to Fox.
Fox is not just a creator on the platform. She has also become a co-owner of Subs.com, which was launched in May 2025 as a creator-focused subscription site. The platform allows creators across entertainment, sports and social media to monetise exclusive content and connect directly with their audiences.
“Women have spent decades being told that visibility is power while someone else owns the platform, the audience or the image,” Fox said in a press release obtained by Page Six. “I’m interested in what happens when women own all three.”
Tim Stokely also shared a statement about Fox joining the platform. “Megan understands this shift from a perspective very few people can,” he said. “She became globally famous before talent had the tools to own their audiences or control their distribution.” Stokely added, “Megan isn’t simply launching a page on Subs. She has a seat at the table and is helping us build the platform.”
The Site Crashed as Fans Rushed In
The launch did not go smoothly. Fox took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans the site was struggling under the weight of traffic. “You guys keep breaking the site,” she wrote. “They’re working hard to get it back up.”
A source told Page Six that meganfox.world “immediately broke the internet” upon its launch and continued to crash throughout the day. Fans also complained in the comments of her Instagram post. One user wrote, “You’ve literally broken the internet, the site isn’t working!” Another asked, “Megan, they fix the link? It’s crashed…..” Fox replied, “it keeps crashing, they’ve fixed it 6 times.”
Prices for some pay-per-view content on her page range from $11 to $88, with one post costing $44 to view, according to The Mirror.
The Before and After Photos Explained
The debate about Fox’s appearance gained fresh attention after a year-old interview clip began circulating online in early October 2026. The footage was filmed in October 2025 at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles during a special screening of Jennifer’s Body. Letterboxd released it as part of its Four Favorites series, in which Fox and director Karyn Kusama discussed films they enjoy.
The comments on the clip barely touched on the films. Viewers focused on Fox’s face instead. A post on X from @OriginalOGpoint captioned “Plastic surgery ruins everything” cleared well over a million views. Letterboxd switched off comments on its Instagram post after the thread turned hostile.
Side-by-side photos comparing Fox’s 2007 Transformers look with her 2026 appearance spread quickly. One fan sharing the photos wrote, “Megan Fox before surgery vs after surgery…Glow-up or downgrade?? Be honest.” Another asked, “What happened to Megan Fox”.
What Fans Are Saying
Reactions have been divided. Some fans expressed disappointment, while others defended the actress. One user on X wrote, “Megan Fox before and now. Damn…she really fell off.” Another commented, “Megan Fox’s aging makes zero sense to me. One day she looks asf and the next she looks 10 years younger.”
A longer comment from a user named rj rhone read, “This is not the Megan Fox I used to crush on as a teenager. What Megan Fox Has Said About Surgery
Fox has spoken openly about the procedures she has and has not had. During an appearance on Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper, she addressed many of the rumours directly.
“I’ve never had a face lift of any kind, so no mid-face lift, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one. I’ve never done threads. I’ve never had buccal fat done.”
She also said she has never had liposuction or body contouring. “I’ll never have any fat done, I’m a very lean person that doesn’t have enough body fat or fat in my face, so I’ll only ever put fat in, I will never be taking fat out,” she said.
Fox confirmed she had a rhinoplasty around age 23 and breast surgery on three occasions: in her early twenties, after finishing breastfeeding, and again around 2024. She also confirmed using fillers and botox but said one procedure remains private.
“There’s one thing I had done that I’m gatekeeping. It was really good, and it’s not a known plastic surgery, people don’t even really know about it. I wanted it really badly.”
Fox has also said she does not like surgery because her body does not react well to general anaesthesia. “I’m very afraid of dying under general anaesthesia, so I don’t take surgery lightly and therefore I have not had many of them because of that,” she explained.

Fox welcomed her fourth child, daughter Saga Blade, on March 27, 2025. The baby’s father is rapper Machine Gun Kelly, with whom she is no longer romantically involved. She also has three sons, Noah, Bodhi and Journey, with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green.
The actress told PEOPLE that motherhood with Saga has been a different experience. “This is the first time I did not have to go back to work right away,” she said. “I got to do everything in a different way”. Fox said that being more present has given her “more peace” in her connection with her daughter.
