Netizens reacted to Dispatch‘s report on Byeon Woo Seok‘s recent scandal.

On July 22, Dispatch released a report about Woo Seok’s controversy over his security guard’s actions. Previously, the actor came under heavy criticism for what many alleged at the time to be overprotective security guards at Incheon Airport.
In their report, Dispatch exposed the airport’s usually lackluster response to the throngs of fans coming to see their favorite celebrities.
The report also revealed that reports claiming that Byeon Woo Seok’s guards were checking passports at the business lounge were false. According to the security company that employs the guards, security was merely checking some of the fans’ tickets to make sure that those who followed the star into the business lounge had permission to be there.
Despite Dispatch’s report, Korean netizens maintained their criticism aimed at Byeon Woo Seok. Netizens alleged that the Dispatch report was media play and criticized the media outlet for reigniting the controversy.
“The label was doing too much, then the fans were doing too much, and now Dispatch is doing too much.”
