On July 26, Cha Eun Woo‘s agency, Fantagio, confirmed that the actor has received an offer to star in The Wonder Fools. Currently, he is in negotiations to take on a role in the series. If finalized, Cha Eun Woo would star alongside Park Eun Bin, who is also in talks to join the cast.
Cha Eun Woo is expected to play Lee Woon Jung, a character who encounters Eun Chae Ni, portrayed by Park Eun Bin. Lee Woon Jung is depicted as a character struggling with loneliness until he meets the vibrant and cheerful Eun Chae Ni, which helps him find joy and connect with others.

The Wonder Fools, which was previously known as The B Team, is based on a concept originally developed by the renowned comic book writer Stan Lee. Although Stan Lee passed away in 2018, his legacy continues to influence the creation of this new drama. The series will explore the lives of superheroes who grapple with the challenges and unpredictabilities of their superpowers.
The drama will be directed by Yoo In Shik, who is renowned for his work on Extraordinary Attorney Woo. The script is being written by Heo Da Joong, known for his successful work on Extreme Job. Filming for The Wonder Fools is scheduled to commence in the latter part of 2024.
