BABYMONSTER, aespa, and LE SSERAFIM have been ranked as the least talented girl groups according to a poll conducted by the Japanese magazine FLASH. This poll has sparked various reactions from fans and critics alike.

BABYMONSTER Voted Least Talented

BABYMONSTER received the most votes in the poll, with 166 out of 500 participants marking them as the least talented K-Pop group.

“They’re all the same and have no individuality. They look like someone you could see anywhere,” said a part-time worker in her 50s.

“Their dancing is not in sync,” commented a civil servant in her 30s.

“They don’t have appeal like the other groups,” remarked a teenager.

“Their performances don’t move me,” stated a man in his 70s.

These comments reflect a common sentiment among the voters that BABYMONSTER lacks uniqueness and synchronization in their performances.

aespa Comes in Second Place

aespa was voted the second least talented group, receiving 79 votes.

“Their songs are all the same, and their live singing isn’t good either,” commented a company employee in his 50s.

“They’re not that popular. Their movements seem kind of sluggish,” said a freelancer in his 30s.

“I don’t like their singing. They’re not unique,” stated a professional in his 60s.

The feedback indicates that some voters feel aespa’s music lacks variety and that their live performances are underwhelming.

LE SSERAFIM Ranked Third

LE SSERAFIM came in third place with 60 votes.

“This can be said of all K-Pop groups, but their visuals, music, and performances are all similar. I’ve seen them before. They lip sync too much,” stated a temporary worker in his 40s.

“I saw them at Coachella, and they were off-key a lot of the time,” commented an office worker in her 20s.

Voters expressed concerns about the group’s originality and the quality of their live performances, particularly highlighting instances of lip-syncing and off-key singing.

The results of this poll have sparked discussions within the K-Pop community and beyond. Fans of the groups have expressed their disagreement with the poll results, defending their favorite artists’ talents and achievements.

The FLASH magazine poll offers a snapshot of viewer opinions in Japan, but it doesn’t represent the global K-Pop fandom. Each of these groups boasts dedicated fanbases who appreciate their unique talents and concepts. Ultimately, talent is subjective, and success in the music industry depends on various factors beyond pure skill.
