Teaser Shows Characters Caught in a Fictional Romance
The recently released teaser begins with Nam Ja Yeon (played by Han Ji Hyun) losing consciousness in the original drama, No Gain No Love. When she wakes up, she finds herself living as the lead character, Seo Yeon Seo, in her own R-rated web novel. To her surprise, Bok Gyu Hyun (played by Lee Sang Yi) also becomes part of her novel, embodying the hero, Kang Ha Joon.
As Nam Ja Yeon navigates the strange new reality of her web novel, she tries various ways to escape, creating comical and awkward situations. However, the story promises romance, with a chance at a happy ending for the two leads as their relationship rekindles in unexpected ways.
Spice Up Our Love is set to premiere on October 3, 2024, on TVING and will also be available to stream on Prime Video.
Han Ji Hyun, known for her roles in The Penthouse: War in Life and Cheer Up, continues to build her acting career with this new project. She is also set to appear in Face Me with Lee Min Ki and Lee Yi Kyung.
