BTS is rolling out promotions for their comeback album ARIRANG, and the campaign took an interesting turn when labelmates TXT and rookie group CORTIS joined in. The simple question “What is your love song?” popped up on Instagram stories from members of all three groups, and now fans are trying to figure out if this means something bigger is coming.
The March 20 release date for ARIRANG is getting closer, and BigHit Music has been building up the excitement through a global marketing push. Large-scale installations appeared in Seoul, New York, and London featuring the love song question . But the social media activity involving TXT and CORTIS has added a new layer to the conversation.
What the Instagram Updates Showed
BTS members V and RM started things off by sharing their personal love song picks. V chose his solo track “FRI(END)S,” while RM picked “Heaven” . Each post linked to curated playlists on YouTube Music and Spotify.
Then TXT members followed suit with their own selections :
- Yeonjun โ “Deja Vu”
- Soobin โ “Blue Orangeade”
- Beomgyu โ “Love Language”
- Taehyun โ “I’ll See You There Tomorrow”
CORTIS also participated, but their picks showed a different musical direction. The rookie group members chose Western classics :
- James โ “And I Love Her” by The Beatles
- Juhoon โ “Sure Thing” by Miguel
- Martin โ “Self Control” by Frank Ocean
- Seonghyeon โ “Good & Plenty” by Alex Isley, Lucky Daye, and Masego
- Keonho โ “Live Forever” by Oasis
The Collaboration Speculation
The Instagram activity from all three groups under the BigHit Music and HYBE umbrella has led fans to ask one question: Is a collaboration coming?
Some fans believe this could mean BTS will feature TXT and CORTIS on their new album ARIRANG. The thought is that having all three groups share love songs with the same format points to something more than just individual posts.
txt, cortis, namjoon, and tae have all shared their love songs so far. it seems like the bighit family is supporting each other. could this be a spoiler for an announcement?

Others see it differently. The campaign could simply be a way to show support across the label, with senior groups helping to bring attention to their juniors. CORTIS is still a rookie group, having debuted in August 2025, and any connection to BTS brings massive visibility .
Mixed Reactions From Fans
Not everyone is excited about the crossover promotions. Some TXT fans have expressed concern that this is just using the younger group to promote BTS without anything in return.
gonna be annoyed if this is just promo and there isn’t promo done in the reverse later for txt

The timing adds to the tension. All three boy groups have comebacks scheduled within about a month of each other . BTS returns on March 20, TXT follows with their first comeback after contract renewal, and CORTIS is expected to release their second album in April . Some fans worry about overlapping promotions, divided attention, and internal competition for resources and music show wins .
The Bigger Campaign Context
The “What Is Your Love Song?” question is actually part of a larger promotional strategy for ARIRANG. According to BigHit Music, the campaign invites people to rediscover the song that lives in their hearts .
“A ‘love song’ goes beyond just a song about love. It is a song that brings memories, offers comfort, and gives strength.” โ BIGHIT Music statement
The campaign includes QR codes on posters in Seoul, New York, and London that let fans visit a website and share their own love songs. Street posters with local common names and member names have also been spotted .
BTS Members Stay Active on Instagram
While the campaign rolls out, BTS members continue sharing personal updates that keep fans engaged. V recently posted a photo dump that crossed 5.3 million likes . The 20 photos showed everything from mirror selfies to a dance rehearsal shot with J-Hope, Jungkook, Jin, and Jimin stretching together .
One image that caught attention was a screenshot showing V’s “music age” as 82, meaning his listening habits align with late 1950s music . Another photo showed him with Wooga Squad friend Park Hyung-Sik .
The Instagram account crossed 78 million followers recently, making BTS the first musical group to reach that number on the platform .
CORTIS and Their Growing Profile
For CORTIS, being included in this campaign comes at an interesting time. The five-member group โ James, Juhoon, Martin, Seonghyeon, and Keonho โ debuted in 2025 and quickly surpassed 300 million Spotify streams with their first EP . They recently landed a spot on the NBA 2K26 Beats Official Soundtrack with their song “GO!” and will perform at the NBA Crossover Concert during NBA All-Star 2026 .
In a recent interview, CORTIS member James talked about the support they receive from their seniors at BigHit Music .
“They paved the way, so we’d like to pass that on to our juniors too!” โ Juhoon of CORTIS
