News outlet Xsports reported on February 7, 2025, that Jisoo will grace the Inkigayo stage. Her debut mini-album, AMORTAGE, releases on February 14, 2025, and her Inkigayo performance will give fans their first live experience of the new tracks. Inkigayo is a popular South Korean music program where K-pop artists showcase their latest releases.
Due to her packed schedule, this will be Jisoo’s only music show appearance for this comeback. AMORTAGE features the title track “Earthquake,” along with “Your Love,” “TEARS,” and “Hugs & Kisses.” Jisoo is expected to perform “Earthquake” on Inkigayo.
From “Me” to AMORTAGE
Jisoo’s previous solo single album, “Me,” released in 2023, was a massive success, becoming a top-selling record. The title track, “Flower,” became a viral sensation thanks to its memorable choreography.
AMORTAGE is Jisoo’s first music release under her own agency, BLISSOO. In recent times, Jisoo has focused on her acting career. She recently finished filming “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint” alongside Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop. She will also star in the upcoming drama “Monthly Boyfriend” opposite Seo In Guk.
Adding to her busy schedule, Jisoo currently stars in the K-drama “Newtopia” with Park Jeong Min. Based on the novel “Influenza” by Han Sang Woon, the drama tells the story of Jaeyoon, a soldier, and his girlfriend, Youngjoo, who must fight zombies in Seoul after their breakup. The show premiered on February 7, 2025.
