Kapoor further elaborated on the project’s scope, highlighting that the studio would not only cater to filming but also encompass post-production facilities. He envisions a seamless process where a producer can enter the studio with a script and leave with the final film. Kapoor emphasized his commitment to the #MakeinIndia vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister @narendramodi.
The ambitious project spans 230 acres in Sector 21 of the Yamuna Authority area. Bayview Projects secured the tender by submitting the highest bid among four contenders.
According to Hindustan Times, the technical assessment featured bids from Bayview Projects LLP (Boney Kapoor), Lions Films Private Limited (KC Bokadia), Supersonic Technobuild Private Limited (Akshay Kumar), and Super Cassettes Industries Private Limited (T-Series). Following the evaluation of financial bids, Bayview Projects LLP and Bhutani Group emerged victorious by offering the maximum profit share of 18 percent to the government, making them the chosen developers for this project.
