Ottogi, a leading South Korean food company, has announced that BTS’s Jin will serve as the global ambassador for its popular Jin Ramen brand. The campaign, set to launch in March, will feature Jin’s image on packaging and include collectible stickers, marking a significant step in the brand’s global expansion efforts.
Jin Ramen’s Global Campaign
On February 26, Ottogi revealed its plans to revamp Jin Ramen’s global packaging and marketing strategy. The campaign will include a promotional video and updated packaging featuring Jin’s image for both bowl and cup ramen products. This new packaging will be available not only in South Korea but also in international markets such as the U.S., Canada, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
The company aims to strengthen its global presence by leveraging Jin’s international popularity as a member of BTS, one of the world’s most influential music groups.
Collectible Stickers Featuring Jin
As part of the campaign, Ottogi has introduced collectible seal stickers in multipack versions of Jin Ramen. These stickers come in 12 designs, featuring Jin’s portraits, handwritten messages, and Wootteo, a character he created for his solo single “The Astronaut” in 2022.
Domestic products will include one of the 12 sticker designs in limited quantities, while export multipacks will feature one of four designs showcasing Jin’s portrait. This initiative is expected to appeal to fans and collectors worldwide.
Expanding Global Market Presence
Ottogi has been actively promoting Jin Ramen in international markets. The company recently participated in the 2025 Winter Fancy Food Show, the largest food exhibition in the U.S., held in Las Vegas. To make the product more recognizable to global consumers, the packaging now prominently displays the English spelling of “Jin”, along with flavor names and a cute mascot to enhance brand familiarity.
An Ottogi representative stated, “Through the Jin Ramen global campaign, we aim to strengthen communication with overseas consumers. We plan to successfully promote this new campaign with global artist BTS’s Jin.”

Jin’s selection as the global ambassador for Jin Ramen highlights his growing influence beyond music. Since debuting with BTS, Jin has become a cultural icon, known for his charm, humor, and creativity. His solo single “The Astronaut” and the creation of Wootteo have further solidified his status as a multifaceted artist.
This partnership with Ottogi is expected to boost Jin Ramen’s global sales and brand recognition, while also delighting BTS fans, known as the ARMY, who are likely to support the campaign enthusiastically.
