The upcoming teen romance K-drama, “Crushology 101” (literal translation: “Bunny and Her Boys”), recently held its script reading session, featuring the lead cast: Roh Jeong Eui, Lee Chae Min, and Jo Joon Young. The drama explores Roh Jeong Eui’s character, Bunny (Ban Hee Jin), as she navigates the complexities of love and seeks a rebound relationship after a heartbreak.
A Trio in White
The script reading saw the three actors dressed in matching white shirts and t-shirts, deeply immersed in their scripts. They also sported hairstyles mirroring their characters’ first looks, as revealed in the drama’s initial teaser.
Bunny’s Dilemma: Jae Yeol or Ji Won?
Roh Jeong Eui portrays Bunny, a university student who, after a painful breakup, decides to focus on dating handsome men. She finds herself drawn to two gentlemen: Hwang Jae Yeol (Lee Chae Min) and Cha Ji Won (Jo Joon Young). The script reading showcased the actors’ chemistry, leaving viewers guessing which suitor Bunny will ultimately choose. A trailer for the drama even showed Bunny calling out “oppa,” with both Jae Yeol and Ji Won turning in response, adding to the romantic confusion.
Bunny, once a top student at Yein University, initially prioritized inner qualities in a relationship. However, after a devastating experience, she changes her perspective and vows to only date attractive men. She meets Jae Yeol and Ji Won at university, drawn to their gentlemanly charm, and finds herself at a crossroads as she tries to heal from her past.
“Crushology 101” is set to premiere on MBC, airing every Friday and Saturday from April 4th to May 10th.
