How to Watch the 2026 Golden Globes Now
The 83rd annual Golden Globes aired live on the CBS Television Network and streamed live on Paramount+. For those who missed the live broadcast, the event is available to watch on demand.
In the United States, Paramount+ Premium subscribers can stream a full replay of the ceremony. Subscribers to the Paramount+ Essential plan gained access to the on-demand version starting Monday, January 12.
“Paramount+ Essential subscribers will not have the option to stream live but will have access to on-demand the day after the special airs,” clarified an official statement.
Canadian viewers can watch the ceremony on CityTV+. In Australia, the awards are available for streaming on Paramount+.
As of the latest information, there is no official broadcaster or streaming service offering the Golden Globes ceremony live or on-demand in the United Kingdom. The BBC News website provided coverage throughout the night, but did not air the full ceremony.
Event Time and Major Winners
The three-hour show took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. It started at 8:00 PM Eastern Time / 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, January 11.
For international viewers, this was 1:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time on Monday, January 12.
Nikki Glaser returned to host the ceremony for a second consecutive year, making history again as the first woman to host the Golden Globes solo.
The night’s biggest film winner was Paul Thomas Anderson’s “One Battle After Another”, which took home the award for Best Motion Picture โ Musical or Comedy. Its star, Timothรฉe Chalamet, won Best Actor in a Motion Picture โ Musical or Comedy for his role in “Marty Supreme”.
The award for Best Motion Picture โ Drama went to “Hamnet”. Its lead, Jessie Buckley, won Best Actress in a Motion Picture โ Drama.
On the television side, “The Pitt” won Best Television Series โ Drama, while “The Studio” won Best Television Series โ Musical or Comedy. The limited series “Adolescence” also continued its awards season success with a win.
A new category, Best Podcast, was awarded for the first time. The winner was Amy Poehler’s “Good Hang” podcast.

E! hosted a red carpet special starting at 6:00 PM ET, which is now available to stream on Peacock.
Entertainment Tonight aired “ET: Live on the Golden Globes Red Carpet” starting at 7:00 PM ET.
Variety streamed a digital pre-show on its website and YouTube channel starting at 6:30 PM ET.
The Hollywood Reporter also provided red carpet coverage in collaboration with Spotify across its social media platforms.
