Hrithik Roshan, who is known for his dedication and perfectionism, has been working hard to get into shape for his upcoming film Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand. The actor, who plays a fighter pilot in the aerial action thriller, had to follow a strict diet and fitness regime for over a year to achieve the desired physique. However, he recently indulged in some sweet treats after wrapping up the shoot of a song from the film, titled Ishq Jaisa Kuch.

The makers of Fighter released a behind-the-scenes video of the making of Ishq Jaisa Kuch, which features Hrithik and his co-star Deepika Padukone in beachwear, flaunting their 10/10 bodies. The song, composed by Vishal-Shekhar and sung by Vishal & Sheykhar, Shilpa Rao and Mellow D, is a peppy and romantic track that showcases the chemistry between the lead pair.

In the video, director Siddharth Anand reveals that Ishq Jaisa Kuch is his new favorite genre, new disco, and that he wanted to create a crazy and sexy song for the film. Deepika Padukone, who plays a fighter pilot named Minal Rathore in the film, says that she went nuts on hearing the song and that it is a really sexy track. Choreographer Bosco Martis praises Hrithik and Deepika for their dancing skills and says that they are like two heavenly bodies coming together.

The video also shows the hard work and preparation that went into the making of the song, especially by Hrithik, who trained really hard to flaunt his abs in the song. Bosco says that Hrithik brought in that level of fitness, sincerity, and hard work very beautifully and that he becomes what the director wants him to become. Siddharth says that with Hrithik, it is weeks of prep for each step till he gets it right and it looks outstanding on screen.

At the end of the video, Hrithik celebrates by breaking his sweets fast and relishing some sweet delicacies after 14 months. He says that he is feeling a sense of ‘tripti’, which means satisfaction in Hindi, and that he is very happy with the song. He also thanks his fans for their love and support and says that he hopes they enjoy the song as much as he did.

Fighter, which also stars Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, is produced by Marflix Pictures in association with Viacom18 Studios. The film Scheduled for release on January 25, 2024 which is one day before the “Republic Day of India”. It is one of the most anticipated films of the year, as it marks the first collaboration between Hrithik and Deepika, who are two of the biggest stars in Bollywood.
