The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour will feature Capital One as the national presenting partner for the tenth consecutive year. This partnership allows Capital One cardholders exclusive first access to tickets before the general public. The pre-sale for Capital One members will begin on October 1 at 10:00 a.m. local time and will run until October 3 at 10:00 a.m. local time or until tickets run out.

For those not eligible for the pre-sale, general tickets will be available starting on October 4 at 12:00 p.m. local time. Tickets can be purchased on the iHeartRadio website, ensuring that fans have multiple chances to secure seats to this exciting event.
