Custody agreement violated
Kardashian and West’s divorce settlement includes joint legal and physical custody of their children—North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). However, West has repeatedly ignored their agreement, most recently by releasing a song featuring North’s voice without Kardashian’s approval. The track, Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, also includes a conversation with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who faces federal sex trafficking charges. Kardashian had previously secured a mediation agreement blocking the song’s release, but West dropped it anyway, declaring, “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION” .
“Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye’s controversial behavior,” a source told Page Six .
Offensive social media rants
West’s X (formerly Twitter) tirades have targeted Kardashian with sexually graphic remarks, including references to her 2008 tape with Ray J and calls to film a sequel. He labeled her a “sex worker” and “nanny,” sparking widespread outrage. Kardashian was “absolutely mortified” and demanded the posts be removed, according to insiders . Legal custody fight looms
Though physical custody isn’t disputed—West rarely sees the kids—Kardashian is considering stripping his joint legal custody rights due to his erratic behavior.
