Custody agreement violated
Kardashian and Westโs divorce settlement includes joint legal and physical custody of their childrenโNorth (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). However, West has repeatedly ignored their agreement, most recently by releasing a song featuring Northโs voice without Kardashianโs approval. The track, Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, also includes a conversation with Sean โDiddyโ Combs, who faces federal sex trafficking charges. Kardashian had previously secured a mediation agreement blocking the songโs release, but West dropped it anyway, declaring, โTHE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISIONโ .
โKimโs priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanyeโs controversial behavior,โ a source told Page Six .

Westโs X (formerly Twitter) tirades have targeted Kardashian with sexually graphic remarks, including references to her 2008 tape with Ray J and calls to film a sequel. Taylor Swift also filed a cease and desist against West after similar attacks .
Legal custody fight looms
Though physical custody isnโt disputedโWest rarely sees the kidsโKardashian is considering stripping his joint legal custody rights due to his erratic behavior. This includes his associations with figures like Andrew Tate, accused of human trafficking, and his public embrace of antisemitic imagery . Kardashianโs lawyer, Laura Wasser, is preparing for a court battle, while West has threatened to โgo to war,โ texting Kardashian: โYouโre going to have to kill meโ .
Trademark dispute adds fuel
West accused Kardashian of improperly trademarking their childrenโs names, though she claims they agreed to it years ago. โWhen sheโs 18, it goes to her,โ Kardashian responded in their leaked texts. The clash further strained their co-parenting relationship .
