Custody agreement violated

Kardashian and West’s divorce settlement includes joint legal and physical custody of their children—North (11), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (5). However, West has repeatedly ignored their agreement, most recently by releasing a song featuring North’s voice without Kardashian’s approval. The track, Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, also includes a conversation with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who faces federal sex trafficking charges.
