As of January 2024, I have not had a single face-to-face interaction with the person referred to as the child’s father. I have never demanded marriage or anything else from him due to the pregnancy. We both did our best in the relationship, and together, we decided to welcome this child, who came to us as a precious gift in the midst of our natural and healthy bond. There were moments filled with excitement, laughter, and happiness as we anticipated this child. It is not right to assume that this child is a mistake or destined for an unhappy life.
