The luxurious Los Angeles residence of power couple Lee Byung Hun and Lee Min Jung fell victim to a burglary. The incident came to light when Lee Byung Hun’s staff conducted a routine check and discovered signs of forced entry, particularly a shattered sliding glass door.
Thankfully, no physical harm was reported during the break-in. However, the couple is left to wonder about the extent of the theft, as it remains unclear what, if anything, was taken. The Hollywood stars are expected to assess the situation firsthand upon their return to Los Angeles.
Insiders are speculating that this incident may be part of a larger burglary ring targeting upscale homes in the city, rather than a specific attack on the celebrity couple. The Los Angeles Police Department has launched an investigation into the matter.
BH Entertainment Statement: No Physical Harm Reported
Lee Byung Hun’s agency, BH Entertainment, released a statement confirming the unfortunate incident. The statement read, “We have confirmed that Lee Byung Hun’s home in the United States was robbed. Fortunately, no one was physically harmed during the incident.” The couple purchased the house in 2019 for a whopping USD 2 million.
In the meantime, Lee Byung Hun is gearing up for the highly anticipated Squid Game season 2, adding to the buzz surrounding the actor.
