The second trailer for What Comes After Love, starring Lee Se Young and Sakaguchi Kentaro, has been released. Let’s explore the details!

The Romance Unfolds in What Comes After Love

The upcoming romance drama What Comes After Love has just unveiled a new trailer. The series is based on the joint novel by South Korean writer Gong Ji Young and Japanese author Tsuji Hitonari. The story follows Hong (played by Lee Se Young), a Korean woman, and Jungo (played by Sakaguchi Kentaro), a Japanese man, as they meet and fall in love while in Japan. After separating, they reunite in Korea five years later, where their old feelings resurface.

New Trailer Highlights Emotional Reunion

The trailer, titled Fate, picks up from where the previous teaser left off. In the clip, Hong asks, “Do you still have feelings for that person?” The scene captures her emotional reunion with Jungo, as the screen flashes the words, “Do you believe in unchanging love?” Meanwhile, Min Joon (played by Hong Jong Hyun) tells Hong, “We all change; that’s just how life is,” creating tension around her relationships.

Kanna Adds Emotional Weight

Jungo’s character, who is haunted by memories of his past love, hears Kanna (played by Nakamura Anne) say, “It makes me sad to see someone living in the past.” This line adds further depth to the intense emotions that will drive the characters’ interactions throughout the series.

Cast Shares Their Excitement

Lee Se Young shared her excitement about starring in a drama based on a novel she loves, emphasizing how she aims to portray the emotional complexity of a woman in love. She expressed her eagerness to work alongside Sakaguchi Kentaro and praised his performance.

Sakaguchi Kentaro also shared his enthusiasm for collaborating with a Korean team and highlighted his admiration for Lee Se Young’s acting. He is looking forward to delivering a touching love story with his co-stars.

Supporting Cast Completes the Love Triangle

The drama also features Hong Jong Hyun as Min Joon, the devoted boyfriend of Hong. His love for her is unwavering, but when Jungo reappears after five years, his relationship with Hong is thrown into chaos.
