According to Yonhap News, on November 13, 2024, NewJeans sent a certificate of contents to ADOR. This legal document, commonly used in South Korea, outlines claims for damages or changes to contractual terms and is certified by the post office.
The members, identified by their legal names—Kim Minji, Hanni Pham, Danielle Marsh, Kang Haerin, and Lee Hyein—asserted that ADOR violated their exclusive contract. The document included a formal request for ADOR to address these violations within 14 days of receipt.

- We wish for ADOR’s development. The members of ADOR’s group NewJeans consisting of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein (to be addressed as ‘NewJeans’ moving forward) requests that ADOR rectify the violations of the exclusive contract, and that through this document, the opinions of NewJeans as to be stated below, will be made known. We hope that ADOR rectifies all of the stated violations within 14 days of receipt of this document.
