“There’s more science fiction in it in the second season intentionally than even was in the first,” Fogelman told Deadline. “And that involves climate change and science and the things that were coming behind it”.
During the CCXP panel, star Sterling K. Brown talked about his character’s journey into a changed world. He described discovering that humanity has found a way to survive against all odds.
“There is a part of me that has to trust and believe in the goodness of people,” Brown said to the audience. “To survive something you can only get through it together”.
