In an exciting revelation on Pongal and Sankranti, Prabhas, the Pan India Rebel Star, took to Instagram to announce his next venture, a romantic-horror film titled “The Raja Saab.” The first look poster, featuring Prabhas in a black shirt and colorful dhoti, walking on an empty street amidst bursting firecrackers, captivated fans.

Directed by Maruthi Dasari, the film is produced under the People Media Factory banner with TG Vishwa Prasad as the producer and Vivek Kuchibotla as co-producer. Thaman S is set to compose the music for the film, which is expected to release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Maruthi Dasari expressed his excitement, stating, “‘The Raja Saab’ stands as one of my most ambitious projects to date. Collaborating with Prabhas and People Media Factory is both an honor and exciting for me as a filmmaker. We are geared up to offer our audiences a grand horror experience.”

Vishwa Prasad added, “We are thrilled to have Prabhas on board for our upcoming romantic horror entertainer ‘The Raja Saab.’ He’s truly a pan-India star who’s loved by audiences for his brilliant range as an actor.”

Prabhas, who recently delivered hits like “Adipurush” and “Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire,” is also set to star in “Kalki 2898 AD” alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. The film, initially expected to release on January 12, has now been rescheduled for a grand release on May 9.
