Scheana Shay, known for her role on Vanderpump Rules, has shared shocking details about her husband Brock Davies cheating on her while she was pregnant. The revelation comes from her upcoming memoir, My Good Side, set to release on July 22, 2025.
Davies admitted to the affair in 2023, two years after it happened. The cheating took place in 2020 while Shay was pregnant with their daughter, Summer Moon. The news broke after rumors linked Davies to Shayโs former co-star Rachel Leviss, but the affair involved a different woman.
Brock Davies Confessed After Scandoval Fallout
Davies came clean about his infidelity in March 2023, around the same time as the Scandoval scandal involving Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss. Shay wrote that Davies feared the truth might surface and decided to tell her himself.
“Brock said that with all of the fake news being published, he was afraid that something that actually was true might surface, and it was best that I heard it directly from him,” Shay wrote in her memoir.
She described feeling “paralyzed in shock” as Davies confessed to cheating while they lived in San Diego during the COVID-19 pandemic. He claimed he was scared about becoming a father again and made a “conscious decision” to sleep with someone else.

Shay was devastated by the confession. She recalled feeling “completely sick to my stomach” and struggling to control her anger.
“There was this deep fury bubbling inside of me, and I couldnโt release it. If I screamed, I could wake up my daughter. Our daughter. His baby, whom Iโd been carrying while he was in bed with another woman,” she wrote.
In a moment of rage, she slapped Davies and threw a Rubikโs cube at him, which he dodged. She mentioned that seeing a Rubikโs cube still triggers painful memories.
Details of Brock Daviesโ Affair
The affair happened with a woman Davies knew before dating Shay. They reconnected at his gym, F45 Training East Hillcrest in San Diego. Shay was unaware because Davies used a second phone tied to his business to communicate with the woman.
After confessing, Davies gave Shay a letter he wrote in 2022, detailing the affair. It included how many times they slept together and where they met.
“He also pointed out that it was purely physical, never emotional, and he always used protection. Gee, thanks!” Shay wrote sarcastically.
She told him to burn the letter immediately, saying she never wanted to see those words again.
Why Scheana Shay Waited to Share the News
Shay kept the affair private until her memoir, fearing people would think she was “trying to take attention” from other scandals.
“I’ve been afraid. If I tell people what I’m actually going through, then they’re gonna think that I’m trying to take the attention off what someone else is going through and make it about me,” she said on her podcast, Scheananigans.
She added that the book gave her control over her own story.
Are Scheana Shay and Brock Davies Still Together?
Despite the betrayal, the couple remains married. They got engaged in 2021, secretly married in 2022, and later had a wedding celebration in Mexico. Their daughter, Summer Moon, was born in April 2021.
