Netflix has officially announced the release date for the highly anticipated second season of “Squid Game.” The new season is set to premiere on December 26, 2024. In addition to this exciting news, it has been confirmed that the series will end with a third season, scheduled for release in 2025.

I am so thrilled to write this letter to tell you the news of season two and the filming of season three. I remember feeling like it was so unreal as I went to the first filming site for season two and couldn’t believe I was back in the world of Squid game.

I am curious how all of you feel about greeting the Squid Game world after three years.

At the end of season one, Sung Ki Hoon returns to the game to seek revenge. I wonder if he will succeed. The frontmen he will meet this time will be a tough one once again. The fierce competition will be shown through season two and continue in season three next year. As I was planning the new Squid Game journey, I was able to come up with new ideas, and am happy that I can bring it to its end with season three. I will work hard to bring the best to everyone.
