The next chapters of Taylor Swift‘s behind-the-scenes docuseries have arrived, putting fan-favorite moments and special guests in the spotlight. Episodes 3 and 4 of The End of an Era began streaming on Disney+ on Friday, December 19, bringing new backstage stories and highly anticipated appearances from Travis Kelce and Sabrina Carpenter. In a surprise for fans, Swift and Disney also announced that the series finale will now arrive before Christmas.

A preview of the new episodes, shown on ABC’s Good Morning America, offered the first look at what this installment covers. The docuseries continues to pull back the curtain on Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, blending the immense scale of the production with personal moments from the artist and her team.

What to Expect in the New Episodes: Cameos and Challenges

The preview for episodes 3 and 4 highlights two of the most talked-about guest appearances from the tour’s final leg. It features footage of Travis Kelce‘s surprise on-stage cameo in London during The Tortured Poets Department segment of the show, where he danced in a top hat and tails. Reflecting on the moment, Swift’s mother, Andrea Swift, says in the clip, “Travis Kelce brings a lot of happiness to a lot of fans.”. Taylor Swift herself remarks on the crowd’s explosive reaction, stating, “I can safely say itโ€™s the loudest itโ€™s ever gotten on the Eras Tour.”.

The episodes also include a behind-the-scenes look at Sabrina Carpenter‘s surprise appearance during the tour in October 2024 in New Orleans. The teaser shows Swift and Carpenter sharing a joyful hug backstage. Beyond the star cameos, the preview reveals Swift discussing the intense physical demands of the show. She talks about the perilous quick costume changes performed beneath the stage and recounts a specific injury.

“One time I trip over the hem of my dress, skid the palm of my hand offโ€ฆ wasnโ€™t late,” Swift says in the clip, highlighting her dedication to the show’s timing.

The new episodes also show Swift introducing a new bodysuit for the Reputation section, after having only one outfit for that segment throughout most of the tour.

Updated Release Schedule: Finale Moves to December 23

Alongside the preview, a scheduling change was announced. The final two episodes of the six-part series, episodes 5 and 6, have been moved up from their original date.
