The eighth episode of Tracker Season 3, titled “Eurydice,” delivered a gripping case centered on a missing girl and a mother fighting to prove her innocence. As with every mission for Colter Shaw, the story was brought to life by a talented mix of series regulars and guest stars who created the emotional core of the hour. Here is a complete guide to the cast and characters who populated this complex chapter.
The Core Tracker Team Leading the Search
Two familiar faces from the series formed the investigative backbone of the episode, working to unravel a year-old disappearance.
Justin Hartley returns as Colter Shaw, the skilled survivalist and professional reward seeker. In “Eurydice,” Colter is hired by a desperate mother after new evidence surfaces in her daughter’s cold case. His methodical tracking skills are put to the test as he battles against a police theory that seems airtight, demonstrating his signature determination to find the truth no matter how long it has been buried.
โI suppose sometimes people do the wrong thing for the right reasons,โ Colter tells Sierra, offering perspective on the twisted motives he uncovers.
Fiona Rene appears as Reenie Greene, the sharp attorney who provides legal assistance to Colter and his clients. In this episode, she steps in to represent Sierra Allen, the mother at the center of the case, after the police move to charge her. Reenie offers both legal defense and emotional support, assuring her frightened client that they will find her daughter. While tech expert Randy, played by Chris Lee, is not seen on screen, his crucial off-screen help is noted, as he provides Colter with key hacked security footage that moves the investigation forward.
The Guest Cast at the Heart of the “Eurydice” Case
The mystery of “Eurydice” was driven by a powerful guest performance and a family shrouded in secrets.
Jessica Sipos plays Sierra Allen, the grieving mother who becomes the prime suspect in her own daughter’s disappearance. The episode reveals she was struggling with alcohol when her daughter, Aubrey, was taken a year ago, but has since been working on her recovery. Sipos is known for her role as Sarah on the Hallmark series Chesapeake Shores and has appeared in shows like Dark Matter and Wynonna Earp.
Gareth Williams portrays Arthur Poness, a retired detective who originally investigated Aubrey’s case. He returns as a consultant when new evidence emerges, positioning himself as an ally to Colter. However, Arthur’s connection to the case is deeply personal, as he is eventually revealed to be Aubrey’s grandfather. He and his wife took the girl, telling her that her mother had died, in a misguided attempt to provide her with a better life.
Lindsay Collins appears as Iris Poness, Arthur’s wife. She is complicit in the plan to keep Aubrey, believing they are saving their granddaughter from an unstable home environment after the death of their own son.
Hailey Lambert plays Aubrey Allen, the young girl who went missing a year prior to the episode’s events. She is found living with Arthur and Iris, unaware that her mother is alive and searching for her.
Supporting Suspects and Key Figures
The investigation leads Colter through a web of local figures, each with potential motives.
Franco Lo Presti takes the role of Detective Tyson West, the lead investigator on the reopened case. Initially hostile to Colter and convinced of Sierra’s guilt based on her past, his perspective shifts as new evidence comes to light. Lo Presti is recognized for playing Hicks in the series Chucky.
Brett Zimmerman plays Trevor Flint, Sierra’s ex and an initial prime suspect. His violent history, including an incident where he cut off his own brother’s fingers, draws Colter’s attention.
Colin OโBrien appears as Spencer Flint, Trevor’s young son. It is Spencer who discovers Aubrey’s bloodied dress and hangs it on Sierra’s clothesline, hoping to force a new investigation into his father.
Kaiden Berge is Derek Flint, Trevor’s brother. Evidence suggests he was the initial kidnapper, but his skeleton is discovered by Colter, revealing he was killed a year earlier.
The episode was directed by Joel Novoa and written by Ryan O’Nan & Amanda Mortlock.
