BTS Fuels Comeback Speculation After Military Discharge

BTS made headlines as SUGA became the last member to complete his military service on June 21, 2025, marking the group’s full return. A report from The Korea Herald suggested a full-group comeback in March 2026, with insiders claiming HYBE was coordinating schedules to avoid clashes with other label acts like ENHYPEN.

“I’ve been working on something, but it’s not a big deal… yet,” V said cryptically, sparking theories about a potential acting role or solo release.

THE BOYZ and Ju Haknyeon Clash Over Contract Termination

Former THE BOYZ member Ju Haknyeon publicly disputed his agency’s claims about his departure. In an Instagram post, he denied agreeing to terminate his contract with ONE HUNDRED and rejected allegations linking him to illegal activities.

“I never consented to leaving THE BOYZ. The agency’s statement is one-sided,” Ju wrote. He announced legal action against media outlets spreading false claims.

Is BTS’ V joining Squid Game 3?

NewJeans Loses Legal Battle Against ADOR

The Seoul High Court rejected NewJeans’ appeal to terminate their contract with ADOR, upholding an injunction that blocks the group from independent activities. The members, who rebranded as NJZ, argued their trust in ADOR was irreparably broken.

The court ruled in ADOR’s favor for the third time, stating the label’s contractual rights remain valid. NewJeans faces a 1 billion won ($729,370) fine per member for unauthorized activities. The next hearing on their contract validity is set for July 24, 2025.

“We believe the court didn’t fully consider the broken trust between us and ADOR,” NewJeans said in an Instagram statement.
