Country music star Jelly Roll has told fans he is stepping away from touring for the foreseeable future. The 41-year-old singer made the announcement during his final concert stop, saying he needs time to heal after a difficult year in his personal life.
The “Save Me” singer shared the news with the crowd at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 28. He explained that his upcoming show in Colorado Springs would be his last performance for quite some time.
“This has truly been a lifetime experience for me. In a couple of nights, I go to Colorado Springs and do my last show for a year or two. I’m fixing to take some time off and heal. Thank you for the opportunity.”
The Colorado Springs concert took place on July 30 at Weidner Field. That performance marked the end of his current touring schedule. According to Jelly Roll’s official website, there are no upcoming concert dates listed at this time.
The Decision Comes After a Tumultuous Year
Jelly Roll’s break from touring follows the finalization of his divorce from Bunnie Xo, his wife of nearly ten years. The couple first met in 2015 at a concert in Las Vegas and eloped a year later. They separated in early May, with Jelly Roll filing for divorce on May 18 in Tennessee. The divorce was finalized in early July.
Court documents show the former couple reached a confidential property settlement agreement. They divided their assets, which included homes, cars, an aircraft, and intellectual property. As part of the settlement, Jelly Roll made a one-time lump sum payment to Bunnie Xo, meaning there will be no alimony claims.

The new Nissan Stadium in Nashville is set to open in February 2027. The venue is now accepting event bookings as of early August. Some fans believe Jelly Roll’s return to the stage could line up with that major opening.
