Episode 7 Title and Story Preview
Episode 7 carries the title “Issun Nagino-shi to Kusuri Bania Famirī” (The One-Inch Nagino Master and the Kusuri Bania Family). The official Japanese title is 第31話「一寸凪乃師と楠莉バニアファミリー」.
The episode centers on Kusuri accidentally giving Nagino a shrinking medicine. Nagino becomes small enough to fit in someone’s hand. Because the body cannot handle the “cancellation medicine,” Nagino must wait for the effects to wear off naturally. This starts a day where Nagino lives like the folk hero Issun-bōshi.
The episode also shows Rentarō visiting Kusuri’s home after her father calls him. Kusuri’s father does not trust a man dating 15 people at once. Rentarō feels nervous but tries to show his serious feelings with honesty.

About the Series
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You adapts the manga by Rikito Nakamura and Yukiko Nozawa, which has run in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump since 2019. The anime first aired in October 2023.
The story follows Rentarō Aijō, who suffered 100 rejections in middle school. He prays at a shrine for better luck in high school. The God of Love appears and tells him he will meet 100 soulmates. However, if Rentarō does not make each soulmate happy, they will die. This forces Rentarō to date all 100 girls, creating a chaotic and funny harem comedy.
The series is known for its over-the-top humor and large cast of characters. Each season introduces new girlfriends, adding to Rentarō’s growing family.
