Fans soon realized that the brand had reacted and responded to a malicious comment. The comment accused Sana of copying BLACKPINK‘s Rosé.

Fans immediately flooded the brand’s page with their disappointment, urging the brand to apologize. Soon after, YSL Beauty uploaded an apology and explanation to their page. They declared that it had been a mistake.

Despite the apology, fans do not seem to be appeased. They have hit back at the brand, asking for the brand to make the employee accountable for their mistake.
