Diljit Dosanjh has put an end to rumors about his exit from No Entry 2 by sharing a playful video with director Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor. The actor, who was rumored to have left the film due to creative differences, clarified his involvement in the comedy sequel with a lighthearted social media post.

Diljit Dosanjhโ€™s Instagram Video With Anees Bazmee

On July 10, 2025, Diljit Dosanjh posted a video on Instagram where he was seen laughing and chatting with Anees Bazmee and Boney Kapoor. In the clip, Diljit called Bazmee his “favourite director” and joked about the filmโ€™s title, saying:

“Bazmee saab story suna rahe haiโ€ฆ mere favourite director haiโ€ฆ idhar Boney Kapoor ji kehte hai ishq di gali vich no entry.”

This fun interaction seemed to dismiss earlier reports that he had left the project. Earlier in May 2025, rumors suggested that Diljit had exited No Entry 2 due to creative disagreements. However, producer Boney Kapoor had denied these claims, stating that the issue was only about scheduling conflicts.

Boney Kapoor and Anees Bazmeeโ€™s Previous Clarifications

Boney Kapoor had earlier told Hindustan Times:

“Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.”

Director Anees Bazmee also expressed optimism about resolving the scheduling problems. The film, which is a sequel to the 2005 hit No Entry, will not feature the original cast (Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan). Instead, the new leads are Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh, with Tamannaah Bhatia also reportedly part of the project.

Diljit Dosanjhโ€™s Busy Schedule

Diljit is currently enjoying the success of his recent Punjabi horror-comedy Sardaar Ji 3, which became the highest-grossing Punjabi film of 2025 despite not releasing in India due to political tensions. The movie earned โ‚น42.60 crore internationally in just 10 days.

He is also shooting for Border 2, a war film starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Ahan Shetty, set to release on January 23, 2026. With multiple projects in the pipeline, fans are excited to see Diljitโ€™s upcoming performances.
