“As someone who works in a field that requires me to be visible to the public, I’ve always understood that there would be a variety of opinions about me. I’ve tried to accept that as part of the job,” Yulhee explained.
She also admitted that she initially tolerated criticism but was pushed to her limit.
“Even with the recent wave of malicious comments, I initially thought I could tolerate a certain level of criticism and harsh words. The more I stayed silent, the worse it became. That’s when I decided to proceed with legal action. It’s one thing for people to dislike my choices or activities, but the personal attacks and sexual harassment have crossed a line. I believe these baseless, reckless comments should be dealt with legally, without leniency.”
