What Happened in Law & Order: SVU Season 27 Episode 17
The episode starts with the SVU team getting a tip from the Anti-Crime department. They start an investigation. During their work, they run into their former teammate, Detective Joe Velasco. The team almost blows his cover, but Velasco manages to keep his identity secret.

Arturo gets arrested for his crimes. Eliana gets witness protection. Velasco goes to the hospital and recovers from his injuries.
