The artist did not name the group directly. But the props gave it away. Gary Card wrote that the set was made for a very popular girl group. He called it the “CK Bunny” that never got used. He expressed sadness that his work ended up shelved and hopes for a day when he can post these pictures without any worry.
This news comes while the five members of NewJeans — Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein — are in a legal fight with their agency, HYBE, and its label ADOR.
