General Hospital is bringing the heat this week. The latest video preview for the week of June 15 to 19, 2026 shows three major storylines colliding. Valentin Cassadine might finally get caught by the WSB. Britt Westbourne is found unconscious while on the run with Rocco. And Chase has put himself in a terrible position after arresting his own grandmother-in-law.
The summer drama is just getting started in Port Charles. Here is everything fans need to know about what is coming this week.
Britt’s Medical Crisis Leaves Rocco Panicked
Britt and Rocco finally resurface this week after weeks of hiding. The video preview shows them at what looks like a tropical hideout. Rocco appears to be getting some sun, decompressing after his chaotic year that included alcohol poisoning, juvenile detention, and shooting a WSB agent.
But things take a frightening turn. Rocco finds Britt passed out on the floor. She is completely unconscious. The reason is not yet clear. She does not have her medication with her while on the run. That could be the cause. But some fans are wondering if something else is wrong, something not related to her Huntington’s Disease at all.
Rocco knows he is in deep trouble. He frantically places a call for help. The video preview shows him saying, “I need your help” into the phone. The big question is: who did he call? Can he trust that person? Or will this call bring their enemies right to their doorstep?
Ross Cullum is still hunting them down. According to multiple reports, Cullum has even hired Britt’s own mother, Liesl Obrecht, as his replacement scientist. That puts Liesl in an impossible position. Her daughter is a fugitive, but she is working for the man who wants to capture her.
Lulu and Dante have been desperate to find their son Rocco since he disappeared. Rocco sent a video message telling them he went willingly with Britt. But that was weeks ago. The silence since then has been painful for both parents.
Valentin’s Hideout at Carly’s House is Exposed
Valentin Cassadine has been hiding out at Carly’s house for the last six months. But his luck might finally be running out. Somehow, Cullum gets wind of where he is. The video preview shows Cullum entering Carly’s kitchen to conduct a search.
Carly looks ready for this. So does Charlotte, Valentin’s daughter. But is Valentin prepared? Some spoilers suggest this might actually be a trap that Valentin set himself. Did he call “Z” and know this was coming? If so, he is playing a very dangerous game.
If Valentin is caught, he will not go down without a fight. And neither will Carly. The question is who might get caught in the crossfire. Valentin recently urged Carly to use him instead of Sonny in a risky plan to find Josslyn. He knows Wyndemere well since he used to live there. That knowledge could be useful.
But Valentin is also reportedly ready to accept his fate this week. He has an emotional conversation with Charlotte about what is coming. He knows the WSB is closing in. The only question is whether he will run again or finally face the consequences.
Nina is also getting suspicious. She starts asking too many questions about “Nathan” and what is really going on at Carly’s house. That could complicate things for everyone involved.
Chase Makes a Huge Mistake Arresting Tracy
Chase has put himself in serious trouble this week. The video preview shows him bringing Tracy Quartermaine down to the PCPD. He is arresting her for allegedly pushing Willow into the lake.
But Tracy is not going quietly. “Willow Cain threw herself into the lake, and this fool fell for it,” she tells Justine and Dante. Tracy is furious. Willow claimed Tracy pushed her, and Chase believed it without any real evidence.
Justine and Dante look at Chase like he has two heads. Justine is getting very tired of the cop who cannot get his ex-wife off his brain. Chase did not actually witness Tracy push Willow. He just took Willow’s word for it.
Willow later tells Michael what happened at the boathouse. Michael warns her that she might not be the right person to take on Tracy Quartermaine. And he is probably right. Tracy is not someone you want as an enemy.
Arresting your grandmother-in-law for the sake of your ex-wife is not a good look. Chase could find himself in trouble with his superiors at work. Or he could find himself in even bigger trouble with his wife, Brook Lynn. Should Brook Lynn kick him out of the mansion? Some fans think so.
