Tom Sandoval filed a domestic violence restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father after a June 3 incident that led to her arrest on battery charges. Court documents obtained by multiple outlets reveal the Vanderpump Rules star’s detailed allegations of physical and verbal abuse throughout their two-year relationship.
The Tom Sandoval restraining order request came after Robinson was arrested on June 3 for intimate partner battery with physical violence. She posted $50,000 bail and was released the same day. A hearing on the restraining order against Victoria Robinson is scheduled for July 16.
June 3 Incident Leads to Arrest and Restraining Order
According to court documents, the situation started after Sandoval and Robinson returned home from a bar around 2 a.m. on June 3. Sandoval said he got into a verbal argument with Robinson after discovering she was filming him.
The situation escalated when Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, became involved. Sandoval claimed the father was “visibly intoxicated” and became aggressive. Sandoval locked himself in a spare bedroom for safety.
Court papers state that Robinson’s father punched a 12-inch hole in the bedroom door and threatened Sandoval. Then Robinson entered the room and punched Sandoval in the face, causing blurred vision and injuries to his neck and ear.
“The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur. I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night.”
Sandoval said the pain in his mouth lasted for two weeks, leading him to visit the emergency room. He claimed he still could not fully open his jaw more than two weeks later.
History of Alleged Abuse in the Relationship
The court filing detailed a pattern of abusive behavior that Sandoval said started early in their relationship, which began in February 2024. He claimed Robinson physically assaulted him multiple times before the June incident.
Sandoval alleged Robinson:
- Punched his face on multiple occasions
- Struck his neck
- Threw a full Gatorade bottle at him
- Verbally assaulted him frequently
He also claimed Robinson called him a “f—ing loser” and told him “the only reason people like you is because of me.” She allegedly frequently called him an “idiot” and “moron.”
“[Robinson] repeatedly insulted and demeaned me throughout our relationship. She called me a ‘f—ing loser,’ told me ‘I can get so much better,’ said that ‘the only reason people like you is because of me.’”
Sandoval also accused Robinson of accessing and changing his phone and social media passwords without his knowledge. He claimed she tracked his movements using an Apple AirTag and spread false information about him online.
Father Also Subject of Restraining Order
Sandoval also requested a restraining order against Robinson’s father, claiming J. Will Robinson was “intoxicated on a daily basis” and exhibited aggressive behavior.
Court documents detailed another incident on May 14, 2026, when Sandoval claimed Robinson’s father grabbed and shoved him out of the house. On May 15, Sandoval alleged Robinson hit him in the face and her father physically removed him from the residence.
A judge granted temporary restraining orders against both Robinson and her father. The orders require Robinson to stay 100 yards away from Sandoval and vacate the rental home he pays for.
“I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.”
Displaced From His Own Home
Sandoval claimed in court documents that Robinson and her father continue living in the rental home he pays for, leaving him “completely displaced.” He said he has been staying at hotels and a friend’s house since the June 3 incident.
Sandoval is requesting an immediate move-out order because he fears returning to the property. A source told Us Weekly that Sandoval has been paying rent and utilities while Robinson’s father lived there for free.
Despite the arrest, Sandoval said he accepted Robinson’s phone call from jail and lent her mother money for bail. “In hindsight, I deeply regret that decision,” he stated in court documents.
Relationship Background
Sandoval and Robinson went public as a couple in early 2024, following Sandoval’s highly publicized breakup with Ariana Madix after his cheating scandal with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. The couple had a tumultuous relationship, with Robinson posting in December 2024 that Sandoval cheated on her, though she later retracted the statement.
They were living together with Robinson’s father at the time of the June 3 incident. The court filing confirmed they have since broken up.
The next court hearing for Sandoval’s restraining orders is scheduled for July 16.
