Netflix’s workplace comedy Tires returned for its third season on August 13, 2026. The show, created by Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben, and John McKeever, follows the chaotic lives of employees at Valley Forge Automotive Center, a struggling auto repair shop in Pennsylvania.
Season 3 brings back the main cast while adding several new faces to the mix. Returning Cast Members in Tires Season 3
The core cast from previous seasons returns for the new season, continuing their roles at the repair shop.
Shane Gillis plays Shane Jacobs, the obnoxious cousin and employee who constantly tortures his cousin Will. Gillis is also a co-creator of the show. In Season 3, Shane faces a mid-life shift after his ex-girlfriend shows up unexpectedly. The character also deals with a chance meeting with an old flame and a new love interest.
Steve Gerben plays Will Jacobs, the nervous and unqualified heir to the auto repair chain. Will serves as the manager of Valley Forge Automotive Center and spends most of his time trying to keep the business afloat while dealing with his cousin’s constant harassment. Season 3 pushes Will to the edge as he faces his own shortcomings. Gerben is also a co-creator of the series.
Chris O’Connor returns as Cal, one of the mechanics at the shop. O’Connor is also part of the writing team for the season.
Kilah Fox returns as Kilah, another mechanic who provides comic relief alongside Cal.
Stavros Halkias returns as Dave, rounding out the shop crew.
Thomas Haden Church returns as Phil Jacobs, Shane’s wealthy but immature father. Church joined the show as a guest star in Season 2 and returned as a series regular for Season 3. Phil’s presence complicates things for both Will and Shane.

Billy Magnussen as Taylor
Billy Magnussen joins the cast as Taylor, described as “a charismatic, self-made entrepreneur with alpha energy”. Taylor is a blast from Will’s past. Magnussen revealed on the Scene Stealers podcast that Taylor and Will previously tried to build a company together. The character’s arrival forces Will to confront the road not taken.
Magnussen is known for his roles in Into the Woods and Aladdin. He called working on the show “a gift” and said he loved being on set.
Taylor Misiak as Jill
Taylor Misiak plays Jill, Shane’s ex-girlfriend. Her sudden arrival shakes Shane’s world. Despite being exes, the two still have undeniable chemistry. Misiak is best known for the Fox series Going Dutch.
Sofia Hasmik as Lucy
Sofia Hasmik joins as Lucy, a blunt and witty bartender. Her liberal views often clash with Shane’s rigidity. There are hints that sparks might fly between Lucy and Shane in the new season. Hasmik wrote on Instagram that she “couldn’t be more grateful” for the role.
Rachel Blanchard as Bonnie
Rachel Blanchard plays Bonnie, Phil’s warm and eccentric new girlfriend. Bonnie brings her spiritual healing rituals into Phil’s life and the shop, whether the guys welcome it or not. Her presence makes the narrative more interesting, especially given the mixed reactions she receives from the boys.
Blanchard is known for her role as Susannah Fisher in The Summer I Turned Pretty. Her other credits include Peep Show, Clueless, and Flight of the Conchords.
Garret Dillahunt as Thatch
Garret Dillahunt plays Thatch, Frank’s scary brother. Dillahunt has appeared in Fear the Walking Dead, The Mindy Project, and Raising Hope. He was recently seen in the ABC series High Potential.
Anjelica Bette Fellini as Cara
Anjelica Bette Fellini plays Cara, a chaotic spitfire with a direct and playful presence that is impossible to miss. Fellini returns to Netflix after starring in Teenage Bounty Hunters in 2020. She is also known for The Gifted and Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch.
Matt Walsh as Claude
Matt Walsh plays Claude, an employee at Tire World. Walsh is a founding member of Upright Citizens Brigade and received two Emmy Award nominations for his work on Veep. His credits include Vladimir on Netflix, Ghosts on CBS, and Manhunt on Apple TV. He has also appeared in films like The Hangover, Ted, and Old School.
Dan Soder as Frank
Dan Soder joins the cast as Frank. Soder is known for his role in Billions. His character is the brother of Thatch, played by Garret Dillahunt.
Bobby Lee as Ricky
Bobby Lee plays Ricky, a chaotic tire company higher-up. Lee is known for Reservation Dogs.
Jamie-Lynn Sigler
Jamie-Lynn Sigler also joins the cast in an undisclosed role. Details about her character have not been revealed. Sigler is best known for her role in The Sopranos.

The show held a red carpet world premiere screening at the Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, South Carolina on August 7, 2026. Cast members including Chris O’Connor, Stavros Halkias, Kilah Fox, and others walked the red carpet.
The series is the second production from Gillis and McKeever’s production company, Dad Sick Productions, following Shane’s stand-up special Beautiful Dogs. The show films in Pennsylvania, with Gillis noting during a Tonight Show appearance that they filmed at Steve Gerben’s dad’s actual tire shop.
