Bethlehem Kudumba Unit marks Girish A.D.’s fifth directorial venture after Thanneer Mathan Dinangal, Super Sharanya, Premalu, and I Am Kathalan. The film was made on an estimated budget of ₹25–35 crore, according to reports.
The film’s technical crew includes Vishnu Vijay for music, Ajmal Sabu for cinematography, and Akash Joseph Varghese for editing. The screenplay was written by Girish A.D. and Kiran Josey, who also co-wrote Premalu.
