DAY6 is set to hold a major year-end concert this December at the Gocheok Sky Dome, becoming the first K-pop band to play a solo concert at the massive venue. The announcement marks a significant milestone in the band’s career as they continue to rise in the K-pop scene.
DAY6 to Perform at Their Largest Venue Ever
The concert, which is scheduled for December 2024, will take place at the Gocheok Sky Dome, marking the first time a K-pop boy band has headlined the stadium. This will be the largest venue that DAY6 has performed in, surpassing their previous concerts at Yes24 Live Hall, Bluesquare IMarket Hall, Olympic Hall, and Korea University Hwajung Gymnasium.
The band recently made waves with the release of their 9th mini album, titled Band Aid, on September 2, 2024. This release followed their long-awaited comeback earlier in March 2024, when all members returned after completing their mandatory military service.
On September 5, DAY6 officially announced their upcoming concert at Gocheok Sky Dome, which is expected to draw an even larger audience than their previous performances. In addition to the year-end show, DAY6 is also preparing for their third world tour, titled Forever Young, which will kick off at the Inspire Arena on September 20, 2024.

Who Are the Members of DAY6?
DAY6 currently consists of four talented members:
Sungjin: Leader and main vocalist
Young K: Bassist, vocalist, and rapper, who is also a skilled songwriter for DAY6 and other artists
Wonpil: Keyboardist and vocalist, who has also contributed to writing the group’s music
Dowoon: Drummer and the youngest member (maknae) of the group
All four members have completed their mandatory military service and returned as a full group in March 2024. Their reunion after a three-year hiatus has been met with great enthusiasm from fans, who eagerly awaited their return to the stage.

DAY6 debuted in September 2015 under JYP Entertainment as a six-member band. The original lineup included Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, Junhyuk, Jae, and Dowoon. However, the group underwent some lineup changes over the years, with Junhyuk departing in 2016 and Jae leaving in 2021.
