The popular Korean drama “Taxi Driver“ is back with its third season, bringing more action and justice for victims. The show, which follows a secret taxi service that punishes criminals who escape the law, premiered on November 21, 2025. The Story and Cast of Taxi Driver Season 3
“Taxi Driver” is based on a webtoon called “The Deluxe Taxi” and is inspired by real crimes in Korea. The story centers on Rainbow Taxi Company, a secret organization that helps people who have been failed by the justice system. The team is led by a former special forces soldier, Kim Do-gi, who drives for them and takes on dangerous missions.
All the main actors from the previous seasons have returned for this new chapter. Lee Je-hoon is back as Kim Do-gi, the skilled driver at the heart of the team. Kim Eui-sung plays Jang Sung-chul, the leader of the operation, and Pyo Ye-jin returns as Ahn Go-eun, the team’s expert hacker. The mechanics, played by Jang Hyuk-jin and Bae Yoo-ram, are also back, providing the vehicles and tech for the missions. A new addition to the cast is Edan Lui, a member of the Hong Kong boy band Mirror, who is making his Korean drama debut this season.
The production team includes writer Oh Sang-ho, who also wrote the first two seasons, and director Kang Bo-seung, who is new to the series.

The season began with a intense case. The Rainbow Taxi team received a request for help from a woman who became a victim of a loan scam. Before she could give full details, she was captured. The team discovered that the scam was a front for a human tr*fficking ring that operated internationally.
Kim Do-gi used one of his famous disguises to infiltrate the criminal organization led by a man named Matsuda. The mission involved an underground fight scene and a secret auction. After a dangerous mission where Do-gi had to pretend to betray his own team to gain trust, the team worked together to rescue the victims and bring down the criminals.
