Spirit Fingers is based on the popular webtoon by Han Kyoung-chal. The drama was directed by Lee Cheol-ha and written by Kwon Ee-ji, with production handled by Number Three Pictures. The main cast was confirmed in April 2023, and filming was completed later that year.
