  • United States, Canada, UK, Australia: The series is available to stream on Paramount+ in these countries.
  • Other Regions: The show is also streaming in Latin America and Brazil. The second season is planned to premiere later in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, and Austria.

What to Expect in School Spirits Season 3’s Story

The story picks up after the dramatic events of the Season 2 finale, which resolved one major mystery but created several new problems. Peyton List‘s character, Maddie Nears, successfully reunited with her living body. However, her return to the living world does not mean peace.

The official season description states the new chapter will “thin the veil between the living and the dead,” leading to twists that challenge everything the characters believe they know. Maddie will be troubled by frightening visions and bear the weight of protecting both her living friends and those still trapped in the afterlife.

Meanwhile, her best friend Simon Elroy, played by Kristian Ventura, is in dire straits. He is now the one trapped in the ghostly realm of Split River High. His mission will be to uncover the dark secrets hidden in the school’s long history. The season will dig into why so many tragic deaths are connected to the high school and explore the ominous warnings from the spirit guide Mr. Martin, played by Josh Zuckerman.

โ€œWeโ€™re really intentional with the way that we do that stuff. If people watch Season 2 closely, thereโ€™s a lot of clues about where Season 3 is going.โ€
