The Love Island: All Stars villa was completely turned upside down during the events of Episodes 4 and 5. After a long wait, the show is back on air, and it’s making up for lost time with some serious drama. What started with the season’s first recoupling quickly exploded into chaos with the arrival of three new bombshells, sending two Islanders packing to the Hideaway and leaving fans talking about a possible eviction. This series, hosted by Maya Jama, started airing on Thursday, January 15, 2026, after a brief delay in production.
The First Major Recoupling of the Season
The game changed when a text message arrived in the villa. The message announced that the girls would be choosing which boys to couple up with, but as the newest arrival, bombshell Scott van-der-Sluis would get the first choice. This power shift put the girls in control and immediately created tension.
Scott, who is on his fourth stint in the Love Island universe, had chemistry with both Leanne Amaning and Millie Court. He ultimately decided to pick Leanne, securing her as his partner. Following his choice, the rest of the girls made their decisions. Millie chose Charlie Frederick, Helena Ford opted for Shaq Muhammad, and Whitney Adebayo stayed with Jack Keating. Belle Hassan chose Sean Stone, and Jess Harding selected Tommy Bradley. This series of choices left Ciaran Davies standing alone without a partner.
Three New Bombshells Enter and Cause Immediate Chaos
Just as the Islanders thought the drama was over, the real shake-up began. The first of three new bombshells entered the villa. Konnor Ewudzi, a former Islander from Season 11, walked in and received a special text. His mission was to steal a girl from one of the existing couples, leaving her original partner single. Konnor decided to pick Millie, which meant Charlie was left single just moments after coupling up.
Konnor downplayed a past kiss he shared with new bombshell AJ Bunker, describing it to the other lads as “nothing that deep”.
But the night wasn’t over. Another text arrived, this time for Ciaran and Charlie. It read: “Ciaran and Charlie you are now single. Two bombshells are waiting to date you in the Hideaway retreat”. This twist meant the two single boys were sent off on a special date with two new female bombshells. The newcomers are AJ Bunker from Season 7 and Samie Elishi, a finalist from 2023 who also appeared briefly in All Stars 2025. This brings the total number of new arrivals to three, as confirmed by narrator Iain Stirling at the end of the episode.
Tension Builds Between Existing Islanders
While new connections were forming, trouble was brewing for one of the original couples. Jess told Belle that her partner, Sean, was having second thoughts. Jess revealed that Tommy had overheard Sean saying he might have preferred to choose Helena instead. Belle immediately confronted Sean about this, creating a tense cliffhanger that left viewers waiting for their argument to unfold in the next episode.
Fans on social media are fully invested in this confrontation. One viewer posted, “Unleash the demon Belle we’re all behind you”, while another commented, “I sooo hope they didn’t set that cliffhanger up soo good to be a dead conversation tomorrow. I WANNA SEE BELLE VS ANTON: PART TWO”. This reference is to Belle’s famous fiery argument with ex-boyfriend Anton during her original season.
Meet the New Bombshells Looking for Love
The three new arrivals are no strangers to the Love Island villa, and each has a specific reason for returning.
Samie Elishi is on her third Love Island journey. She reached the final in 2023 and returned for All Stars in 2025 but felt her time was cut short.
Samie admitted, “I feel like my last time in the All Stars Villa, I didn’t get a fair shot and it’s such an amazing experience so if I can do it one more time, why not?”.
AJ Bunker from Season 7 says she has grown a lot since her first appearance, partly thanks to a career in boxing. She wants to be more assertive this time around.
Konnor Ewudzi from Season 11 is back with a simple goal. He said, “It’s another opportunity to find somebody; I didn’t find a girl the first time round so it’s a great chance to try again”. He also mentioned that turning 30 has made him think more seriously about settling down.
