Min Hee Jin reportedly has won her injunction.
On May 30, Sports Kyung Hyang reported that Min Hee Jin has won her injunction against HYBE.
The decision stops HYBE’s attempt at forcing ADOR to hold a shareholder’s meeting during which HYBE could use its 80% shareholder rights to force Min Hee Jin down.
With the injunction granted, Min Hee Jin is expected to remain at ADOR. Previously, the company was reported to have already named a successor to the creative mind behind NewJeans.
