The new season of Jury Duty is almost here, and this time the prank moves from the courtroom to the office. Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat brings a fresh cast of comedic actors to fool one unsuspecting temp worker named Anthony. The show premieres on Prime Video on March 20, 2026 .
Instead of a fake trial, the new season creates a fake hot sauce company called Rockin’ Grandma’s. Anthony, a temporary worker, thinks he is going to a real corporate retreat. In reality, every single person he meets is an actor playing a role . Here is a look at the cast and the quirky characters they play.
The Unsuspecting Lead: Anthony
At the center of the chaos is Anthony, a temp worker who has no idea he is the star of a hidden-camera show. The producers searched through thousands of candidates to find someone with the right mix of charisma and kindness .
Executive producer Nick Hatton said Anthony’s warmth stood out immediately. The team needed a hero who would become the main character in the stories of the people around him. They wanted someone who showed how we all hope we would act in a strange situation . Unlike the actors around him, Anthony’s reactions are 100% real.
The Boss and His Family
Jerry Hauck plays Doug, the founder of Rockin’ Grandma’s. Doug is described as a lovable papa bear with big dad energy. He cares deeply about his company and his employees. Hauck has appeared in over 90 films and TV shows, including small roles on Seinfeld, ER, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia .
Alex Bonifer plays Dougie Jr. , Doug’s son. He is a well-meaning but directionless stoner who suddenly has the future of his father’s company dropped into his hands. Bonifer is known for his role in the AMC series Kevin Can Fk Himself .
The Office Staff
Emily Pendergast plays Amy, the customer service rep. She is a diehard Swiftie who just had a big birthday. Now she is thinking about doing something crazy, like getting bangs. Pendergast appeared in seven episodes of Veep and two episodes of Netflix’s Leanne .
Rob Lathan plays Other Anthony, the assistant sourcing manager. He is a tall “idiot savant” who works in a stationery cupboard for his own safety. Lathan is best known for playing multiple roles on Inside Amy Schumer .
Rachel Kaly plays Claire, the web designer and IT person. She is an indoor cat forced to come outside for the retreat. She would not describe herself as a people person and loves the show Bones. Kaly has done voice work on shows like Digman! .
Stephanie Hodge plays Helen from accounting. She is the straight-talking mother hen with a wild past. Helen has been with the company from the beginning as Doug’s first hire. Hodge is one of the most recognizable actors in the cast, having starred in 90s shows like Nurses and Unhappily Ever After .
LaNisa Frederick plays Jackie in distribution and logistics. She is a working mother of three who really, really needs a break. Frederick has made guest appearances on Young Sheldon, 9-1-1, and Shifting Gears .
Jim Woods plays Jimmy, the warehouse manager. He is a man who has battled serious demons and come out the other side. The new Jimmy has the best intentions, even if his virtue signaling gets tiring. Woods was a writer on The Last O.G. and an actor on Reno 911! .
Erica Hernandez plays Kate in sales and marketing. She is type-A, smart, and good at her job. She will tell you all three of those things when you meet her. Hernandez has nearly 50 credits, including a supporting role in the CBS series True Lies .
Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur plays PJ, the receptionist. He is bubbly and loves gossip, making him the perfect person to welcome people into the building. Saint-Fleur appeared in Space Force and Home Economics .
Warren Burke plays Steve in sales and marketing. He is the other half of “Team Skate” with Kate. Steve is a confident salesman who plays the calm yin to Kate’s high-strung yang. Burke appeared in 13 episodes of Family Reunion .
The Outsiders
Blair Beeken plays Marjorie, the Oak Canyon Ranch activities manager. She used to work in luxury hospitality but burned out. Now she runs the ranch where the retreat takes place. Beeken recently appeared in an episode of Pluribus .
Wendy Braun plays Elizabeth, a private equity director. She is the charming public face of a firm that wants to buy the company. Braun appeared in several episodes of Netflix’s Atypical .
Ryan Perez is also part of the 14-person ensemble cast, though specific character details for his role were not listed in the main cast breakdowns .
