On August 14, DongA Ilbo shared new CCTV footage that contradicts an earlier report released by JTBC. The footage shows Suga riding an electric seated scooter around 11:10 PM on August 6 near the Nine One Hannam apartment complex. While attempting to make a left turn, Suga fell off his scooter.

This incident took place in front of the main gate of the Nine One Hannam complex, a well-known residential area. Police officers from a nearby patrol unit arrived at the scene, found Suga, and attempted to assist him. During their assistance, they also checked if Suga had been drinking.

According to TV Daily, BIGHIT MUSIC has confirmed that the person in the footage is indeed Suga.

DongA Ilbo Footage Contradicts Initial JTBC Report

The new footage from DongA Ilbo directly counters the JTBC report from August 7, which showed a different scenario. The original report by JTBC depicted a driver allegedly speeding towards Namsan along a road opposite to the Nine One Hannam complex. However, the footage from DongA Ilbo shows a different story.

In the new video, Suga is seen slowly making his way home along the sidewalk beneath the Nine One Hannam wall, heading in the opposite direction from what was previously reported. The route and the type of scooter seen in the new footage differ significantly from those shown in JTBC’s report. Since the release of this new footage, the video in question has been removed.
