BLACKPINK Tops Star Brand Rankings for December
BLACKPINK has once again secured the top position in the star brand reputation rankings for December. This announcement came from the Korean Business Research Institute on December 29, 2024. The rankings are based on an analysis of data collected between November 29 and December 29, evaluating consumer participation, media coverage, community awareness, and interaction.
Top Performers in the Rankings
BLACKPINK maintained their strong lead with a brand reputation index of 15,230,703. Their continued popularity is attributed to the members’ successful solo activities and the growing anticipation for their comeback in 2025.
Byeon Woo Seok secured the second spot for the second consecutive month. His score increased by 24.12 percent since November, reaching a total brand reputation index of 9,965,852. His recent success at year-end award ceremonies has contributed to his high ranking.
Lim Young Woong took third place with a score of 9,140,823, showing a 19.25 percent increase from the previous month.
Professional footballer Son Heung Min claimed the fourth spot, experiencing a 26.61 percent rise in his score since November. His total brand reputation index for December is 8,890,378.
SEVENTEEN rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 8,728,103, marking a significant increase of 36.84 percent since November.
