American rapper Travis Scott received a warm welcome to Seoul from Korean music stars CL and PSY. The artists were seen enjoying a night out in the vibrant Itaewon district, just a day before Scott’s first solo concert in the country.

The gathering highlights the strong connections within the global music scene. CL, a former member of the iconic group 2NE1, shared moments from the evening on her social media, offering fans a glimpse of the international meet-up.

A Star-Studded Welcome Gathering

On October 24, CL posted an Instagram story featuring Travis Scott, American actress Anya Taylor-Joy, and Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of Gucci. The casual upload first signaled the special gathering.

More footage from the night soon appeared online, revealing that the party included a wider circle of celebrities. PSY, the global phenomenon behind “Gangnam Style,” and popular Thai singer and actor Bright were also part of the group celebrating Scott’s arrival in Korea. PSY was seen making a toast while standing next to Travis Scott, creating a memorable moment for those present.

The group spent their night exploring two of Seoul’s most popular nightlife areas. Reports indicate they enjoyed drinks and visited live music spots in both Itaewon and Apgujeong, with their outing continuing into the early morning hours.

Travis Scott’s First Solo Concert in Korea

The reason for Travis Scott’s visit is his highly anticipated “CIRCUS MAXIMUS in Korea” concert. The event is scheduled for October 25 at the Goyang Stadium and marks a significant milestone as his first-ever solo performance in the country.

The concert offers various ticket tiers, from general admission standing areas to premium seat packages. The event is strictly for adults, with an age limit of 19 years and over.

A P NATION representative shared, “PSY is preparing to soak the nation again this year. Expect an even more powerful stage than last summer.”

PSY’s Own Major Concert Plans

PSY is no stranger to hosting large-scale, high-energy events in Korea. Earlier this year, he announced the return of his legendary summer concert series, “PSY Soaking Show SUMMER SWAG 2025.”

The tour is a major summer fixture in South Korea. It is scheduled to span nine cities with 16 shows, kicking off at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on June 28-29. Known for its massive water cannons and nonstop hit tracks, the concert is designed as a full-blown summer festival that consistently sells out.
