Luan Dushaj is played by Orli Shuka. As the boss of the Albanian mafia, Luan’s primary drive is to provide a rich life for his wife and children. However, when the drug catastrophe hits close to home, his focus shifts to a mission of desperate revenge.
Lale is played by Narges Rashidi. The leader of the Kurdish gang, Lale is a freedom fighter who uses criminal profits to help her people. After a bitter betrayal by Sean Wallace in Season 2, she finds herself in an uneasy alliance with former enemies, operating from a place of distance and resentment.

The Major New Characters in Season 3
Several pivotal new characters enter the fray in the third season, each with secrets and agendas that disrupt the established order.
Zeek is played by Andrew Koji. A mysterious and highly skilled assassin, Zeek appears to have no allegiance to any gang, making him an unpredictable threat. He is on a very personal mission that is revealed to be connected to the Wallace family’s past.
Cornelius Quinn is played by Richard Dormer. Introduced as a fairground operator, Quinn has deep, hidden connections to the criminal underworld. Violent with a short fuse, he is a face from the past whose arrival reignites old rivalries for Marian Wallace and Ed Dumani. He also takes Billy Wallace under his wing.
Simone Thearle is played by T’Nia Miller. As the new Mayor of London, Simone is determined to clean up the city’s streets by taking down the gangs. Her professional mission soon gets personal, forcing her to make difficult deals to achieve her goals.
