South Korean actress Han So Hee took to social media to express her gratitude to fans for their unwavering support during a whirlwind few weeks that included a public dating controversy and a subsequent breakup.
Fan Support During a Difficult Time
In a recent Instagram post, Han So Hee shared a picture of a fan letter alongside a handwritten message. The fan inquired about her well-being, and Han So Hee’s response was heartfelt. She revealed she’s been taking time to process everything and expressed her appreciation for the fan’s kind words, acknowledging, “Thanks to you, I feel more motivated today.”
The outpouring of support comes after a complex and highly publicized relationship with fellow actor Ryu Jun Yeol. In mid-March, rumors swirled about the stars vacationing together in Hawaii. Both actors’ agencies denied the claims, but things took an unexpected turn when actress Hyeri, rumored to have dated Ryu Jun Yeol for seven years before their 2023 breakup, posted a cryptic message on Instagram.
Hyeri’s social media activity, which included unfollowing Ryu Jun Yeol, sparked speculation and placed Han So Hee in the center of a controversy. Han So Hee’s response to Hyeri’s post attracted criticism. Shortly after, both Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol confirmed their relationship and apologized publicly, including to Hyeri.
Sadly, their romance was short-lived. By the end of March, news broke of their breakup. This came as a surprise to many fans, especially considering they were attached to the upcoming project, “Delusion.” Following the split, it was announced they would no longer be part of the film.
