HyunA‘s Instagram is being bombarded with hate comments following her recent marriage announcement.
At the start of the year, Hyuna caused a stir when it was announced that she was dating Yong Junhyung.
She received major backlash because of Junhyung’s past involving the Burning Sun Scandal. HyunA had always been an idol representing feminism, and this seemed like a kick in the teeth to her followers. Since then, the two had been spotted on numerous dates.
On July 8, it was rumored and then confirmed that HyunA and Junyung were getting married. It received a lot of backlash, and that included on HyunA’s recent Instagram post.
Although the post had nothing to do with the announcement, as it was the most recent, it was full of comments from both Korean and international fans reacting to the news.
In particular, international netizens flamed the idol with extremely harsh and angry messages, with many referring to the reasons why her fiancee is so controversial and others just sharing their “lack of respect” towards HyunA.
