Jaime Pressly, the Emmy-winning actress famous for playing Joy Turner on the hit comedy ‘My Name Is Earl,’ has launched an OnlyFans account and is sharing why she made the move.
The 48-year-old actress officially joined the subscription platform on May 7, 2026. Pressly explained that her decision comes from wanting to take control of her career and connect with fans without Hollywood’s usual filters.
“I’ve always believed in evolving with the times,” Pressly told Variety. “This is another way for me to connect directly with my audience, on my own terms, with creativity and intention.”
The actress said her experiences meeting supporters at fan conventions played a big role in her choice.
“I’ve loved meeting fans at various Comic Cons, and the excitement of having those real face-to-face moments made me want to seek options like OnlyFans,” she said.
What Pressly Promises Subscribers on Her OnlyFans Page
The ‘My Name Is Earl’ star describes her new page as a place where fans can see a different side of her. Her profile reads: “This is where things get a little more personal, playful and completely unfiltered.”
Pressly told People magazine that subscribers can expect exclusive photos and videos, behind-the-scenes moments from her daily life, late-night thoughts, candid moments, and direct chats with her.
“If you’ve ever wondered what I’m really like when the script ends… Come closer,” her bio states.
The account launched with help from Andy Bachman, CEO of the talent agency Creators Inc. Bachman praised Pressly’s potential on the platform.
“Jaime Pressly has the rare mix of mainstream star power and a real audience connection that modern platforms reward,” Bachman said. “She’s an elite entertainer, and fans are going to love what she creates here.”
Friend Shannon Elizabeth’s Success Influenced the Move
Pressly’s longtime friend Shannon Elizabeth, known for ‘American Pie’ and ‘Scary Movie,’ joined OnlyFans in April 2026. Elizabeth reportedly earned more than $1.2 million in her first week on the platform.
Elizabeth explained her own reasons for joining, saying she was tired of others controlling her career.
“I’ve spent my entire career working in Hollywood, where other people controlled the narrative and the outcome of my career,” Elizabeth told People. “This new chapter is about changing that, showing off a more sexy side no one has seen, and being closer to my fans.”
Before Pressly launched her account, the two actresses shared a photo together on Instagram on April 26, 2026. Elizabeth wrote: “So great seeing you after all these years, @jaimepressly. Always nice crossing paths again and sharing a moment like this. Such a beautiful human, inside and out.”
Pressly responded in the comments: “So happy we ran into each other and got to catch up and spend time together this weekend! Couldn’t be a more beautiful human my friend. Love you.”
Pressly’s Career Highlights and Emmy Win
Fans know Pressly best for playing Joy Turner on NBC’s ‘My Name Is Earl,’ which aired from 2005 to 2009. Her performance earned her the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2007. She also received Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild nominations for the role.
From 2014 to 2021, Pressly starred as Jill Kendall on the CBS comedy ‘Mom’ alongside Allison Janney and Anna Faris. That role brought her a Critics’ Choice Television Award nomination.
Her film work includes ‘Not Another Teen Movie,’ ‘Joe Dirt,’ ‘I Love You, Man,’ and ‘Poison Ivy: The New Seduction.’
Hollywood Stars Increasingly Turn to Direct Fan Platforms
Pressly joins a growing list of actors who have moved toward subscription platforms to control their content and earnings. The trend shows established entertainers seeing value in going directly to fans instead of relying only on traditional studio projects.
For Pressly, the move is about independence at this stage of her career. She told TMZ that the entertainment industry keeps changing, and she does not want to sit on the sidelines.
Her OnlyFans page is now active, and she plans to post regularly while continuing to take acting roles when the right projects come along.
